Anti-Scroll helps you use social media without endless scrolling. We built it so that your data stays on your iPhone. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data.
What stays on your device
- Usage statistics. Time spent, number of opens, session lengths and similar numbers are calculated and saved only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Settings. Your daily limit, hidden-content choices and username shortcut are saved only on your iPhone.
- App blocking (Screen Time). If you choose apps to block, Apple's Screen Time framework stores your selection privately on your device. Anti-Scroll cannot see which apps you chose, and the selection is never sent to us.
- Safari blocking. The optional Safari extension only gives Safari a fixed list of websites to block. It cannot see your browsing history or the pages you visit.
Signing in to social networks
Anti-Scroll shows the social network's own website inside the app. When you sign in, you enter your username and password directly on that network's website. Anti-Scroll does not read, store or transmit your password. The website's cookies are kept on your device, like in Safari, so you stay signed in.
Your use of each social network is governed by that network's own terms and privacy policy. Anti-Scroll is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or any other social network.
No tracking, analytics or ads
Anti-Scroll contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and no third-party SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.
Children
Anti-Scroll does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
