How do I block Instagram in Safari?
Open Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → Anti-Scroll and turn on Allow Extension.
The Stats tab in the app shows whether it's on.
How do I block the Instagram app?
In the Stats tab, tap Choose Instagram, approve the Screen Time prompt and select Instagram
from the list. You can unblock it from the same card.
How do I hide the feed or stories?
In the Stats tab, tap the gear button at the top right.
Are my stats or password sent anywhere?
No. Stats stay on your iPhone, and you sign in on Instagram's own website.
